**Payments/Refunds/Waivers**

Your minimum payment (deposit) must be made at the time of booking. Please note, we have a no-refund policy. However, if you need to reschedule your party, you may do so one time with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled event.

All guests must complete an online profile and waiver before arriving at the studio. Please share this link with your guests: Party Guest Sign-In & Waiver.

**What to Wear**

We recommend wearing shorts or leggings paired with a comfortable shirt or sports bra. You’ll be dancing barefoot, in socks, or heels—please note that street heels are not allowed. Feel free to add some flair with fishnets or lingerie! You’ll have the entire room to yourselves, with only your host present, so wear whatever makes you feel fabulous.

To ensure the best grip on the poles, please avoid using lotion on the day of your party. Also, remove any jewelry on your fingers and wrists to protect our poles from scratches.

**What to Bring**

You’re welcome to bring light snacks and drinks to your party. Alcohol is NOT permitted. We do not provide ice, utensils, cups, plates, or napkins, but chairs will be available for your use. Please note that smoking, vaping, or hookah is not allowed inside the studio.

We have plenty of parking space around the building, and feel free to park inside the garage.

**Early/Late Arrivals**

If you arrive late, your party time will not be extended. You are welcome to bring decorations and set up for your event, but please note that your setup time is included in your party time. If you arrive early, the doors may still be locked, as we keep them secured during classes, private lessons, and parties for privacy. Our instructors will unlock the doors 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to welcome you and show you around.

Your party will end at the scheduled time. If you bring food or drinks, please ensure everything is cleaned up by the end of your reserved time. We often have back-to-back parties and need time to prepare the studio for the next group.

**Tip Your Hosts!**

Our instructors are here to make your event unforgettable! Tips are always appreciated and can be given in cash or via Zelle.
