About Us
Vialeta Kudrevich, also known as Vita, has always been an active person with a passion for various sports. Her longest and most successful pursuit was powerlifting, where she even became a World Champion. Vita has worked as a fitness trainer since 2013, always dreaming of owning her own gym where she could help people become stronger both physically and mentally. For a long time, she envisioned opening a powerlifting or weightlifting gym.
However, after retiring from her professional powerlifting career, Vita decided to explore something new. She wanted an activity that would keep her strong, enhance her flexibility, and involve some dance elements, so she turned to pole dancing. Vita fell in love with pole dancing instantly, realizing it was the perfect sport for her. Pole dancing offered her everything she was looking for: flexibility moves, strength training, various styles, dance, heels, and more.
This passion for helping others grow stronger physically and mentally eventually transformed into Catwoman Pole Academy .
Our first location opened in Boulder, Colorado, in October 2022, and just 10 months later, we opened our second location in Charlotte, North Carolina. Vita’s background in engineering has been invaluable in structuring every aspect of her life, including pole dancing. After establishing Catwoman Pole Academy, she developed a special methodology called “Pole Engineer.” This structured program helps students progress safely in pole dancing while developing a well-rounded set of skills in each level: strength, flexibility, dance, spin, and static combos.
Training with us at Catwoman Pole Academy will make you feel that everything is possible, and you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

What is "Pole Engineer"?
âPole Engineerâ is a special methodology and certification course for Pole Instructors created by Vialeta Kudrevich. Pole Engineer, it is our unique approach to help students progress from beginners to advanced safely in pole dancing while developing a well-rounded set of skills in each level: strength, flexibility, dance, spin, and static combos. Every pole move is broken down and explained step-by-step to make it achievable for any level of fitness experience. We also provide strength and flexibility conditioning exercises to make sure you are physically ready for the pole move.Â
- We teach moves step by step so everyone can learn efficientlyÂ
- We motivate and support our students through positive talk and positive examplesÂ
- We cater to each student in our classes, adding variations to the students that need an extra challenge (we always start teaching a move with the most simple of variations and gradually upgrade it to the studentsâ levels).
- We personally check in with individual students to make sure they know they are on the right track with their pole journey.
