Studio Policy
- In the situation you are 10 minutes, or more, late after the class has started; you will not be able to participate in the class. This is a strict policy to enforce a safe practice during our classes. To avoid the 'No-Show' penalty fee you will need to call the studio so we can manually correct your account.
- Please refrain from wearing jewelry that may scratch the poles or pose potential injury risks, such as rings, long necklaces, earrings, etc.
- Please ensure you clean the pole and any other equipment used before exiting the studio. Spray yoga blocks, exercise bands, yoga mats, foam rollers, and crash pads with rubbing alcohol and wipe them down.
- In-class instruction should come from our trained instructors; refrain from student-to-student teaching. If you need assistance, please ask or signal an instructor.
- During class, it's essential to follow the provided instructions; self-guided practice is not permitted unless approved by the instructor. Please attend an open pole class if you would like to practice individually.
- No outdoor shoes are permitted inside the studio. We highly recommend that you bring your valuables into the studio space to prevent potential theft. The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- In mixed-level classes, please avoid attempting tricks that you have not been approved to learn.
- Be kind and considerate of others and share the space.
- When recording a video, kindly ask those nearby if they are comfortable being included to safeguard their privacy. Alternatively, ensure that your video exclusively features yourself.
- If you start feeling unwell while at the studio, we may ask you to leave for your safety and the safety of others.
- Ensure that you switch the pole back to its static setting after using the spin feature.
- Absolutely no body shaming of any kind is tolerated. Our studio is inclusive, and we embrace a positive atmosphere. Avoid discussions related to body or diet. This is a safe space open to everyone.
