Pole
We all begin as beginners, asking the same question, “How do I start?” If you’re looking to embark on your pole journey, you’re in the right place. Our classes focus on laying the groundwork by teaching you pole fundamentals, helping you become at ease with walking, climbing, and mastering basic spins on the pole. You will be welcomed into a patient and compassionate environment as it can be very hard to try something you have never done before 🙂 This class will be challenging but fun at the same time!
Can you get inverted? If so, you’re ready for our Pole Fit 2 class. Get ready to master inverted moves like Superman, Jade Ballerina, Ayesha prep, and more, along with dynamic combos on both static and spinning poles.
Designed for students with a strong foundation in Pole Fit 2, this class is your pathway to skill advancement. We will learn different Ayesha grips, Handsprings, flexibility and strength moves (Bird of Paradise, Marion Amber, Pegasus, Deadlift prep, and more). Expect an exciting fusion of spinning and static pole combos. Don’t be scared to take this class even if you think that you are not ready for it yet. We always can adjust moves for you.
This class is for advanced students who have solid Pole Fit 2 & 3 moves plus all grips handspring (Cup, True, Twisted, Elbow, Reverse Elbow). We will learn Deadlifts, Regrips, Flips, Fonjis, and advanced combos on static and spinning poles.
This class is about slow-pace Heels Choreography and heels technique. We highly encourage students to attend this class consistently to be able to achieve the fluidity/strength to combine moves flawlessly and have fun in our supportive community! Pole heels, knee pads, clothes ranging from basic pole wear to full sleeves, and leggings are highly encouraged.
Fast-paced choreography and an array of impressive moves await you in this class. We strongly recommend attending Exotic Pole prior to attending this class! Please note that this class is not tailored for beginners, but beginners are welcome if you are ready to accept the challenge and know that it will be HARD ;).
In this class, we will focus on a spin choreography to the same song every two weeks. This class is built to teach you new spin moves and build stamina when doing aerial passes. This class is for students in Pole Fit 2 and beyond.
Find your fluidity and finesse in your flow. This class focuses on integrating floorwork and low flow pole. Heels are encouraged, but not necessary. Bring Knee pads, leggings, and layers!
Welcome to pleasing in pleasers! In this floor, pole, and heels* fusion class, we will emphasize connecting to your body in your own, sensual way while also learning how to fluidly move between different pathways on and off the pole. Sexy, sensual, and strong are terms that have different meanings for different people, so there is a little bit of everything in this class including choreo, low flow, pole work, and conditioning. Whether you are just getting started on a new hobby or you have experience in the adult entertainment industry, this class has the tools to help grow your unique flow!
*Heels are NOT required, but highly recommended for certain types of moves. Heels must be pleaser or pleaser style heels.

Dance
Feel more confident in your own skin with the Feminine Fundamentals class! All levels are welcome! In this class, we’ll work on a variety of fundamentals so you can own your femininity through dance.
Learn easy-to-follow dance concepts such as Heels, Floor Work, Twerk, Hips, Walks, and Turns.
This class will help dancers of any background move, shake and control their bodies, allowing new levels of character development, self-expression and self-love. This is a free-formed class to guide you through your own expression. Come with an open mind and heart to feel the power you hold in yourself.
This twerk class welcomes participants of ALL LEVELS, ALL BOOTY SIZES, and ALL PEOPLE! We highly recommend wearing knee pads for your comfort. In this class, you’ll master foundational twerking techniques, engage in twerking workouts, and delve into exciting new twerk choreography, seamlessly blending styles like hip hop, burlesque, and various grooves.
This twerk class is for ALL LEVELS! ALL BOOTY SIZES! And ALL PEOPLE! Knee pads are highly recommended. In this twerk class, you learn foundational twerking, and twerking work outs and explore new twerk choreography combining styles like hip hop, burlesque, grooves, etc.

Strength & Conditioning
Elevate your pole dance skills to new heights with our “Pole Power Conditioning” class. This dynamic and invigorating session focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance to enhance your performance on the pole. Led by our expert instructors, you’ll engage in a series of targeted exercises that specifically target the muscle groups used in pole dancing. From upper body and core exercises to leg and grip strength training, this class will help you develop the physical foundation needed for more advanced pole tricks and routines. Whether you’re a beginner looking to build strength or an experienced pole dancer seeking to take your skills to the next level, our “Pole Power Conditioning” class will challenge and empower you. Get ready to push your boundaries, build confidence, and unlock your pole potential in this dynamic conditioning session.
In this class, we focus on building core strength and stability through a series of targeted exercises. From engaging your abdominal muscles to working on your balance and coordination, you’ll develop a strong foundation for executing inversions with confidence.
This beginner-friendly class can prepare you for your first invert.
Even if you’re already proficient in inverting, this class offers a range of challenging variations and progressions to keep pushing your limits. Our experienced instructors will guide you through proper technique and alignment, ensuring your safety as you explore new possibilities.
