Pole Fitness Classes
If you’re looking to embark on your pole journey, you’re in the right place. Pole Intro 101 lays the foundation for pole prowess providing the essential and beautiful basic moves like walking around the pole, footwork, hip swivels, leg waves, body rolls, etc. All these moves will gradually build your confidence, increase upper body strength, and prove that aerial pole is achievable for everyone.
This class focuses on teaching pole fundamentals, helping you get comfortable with climbing and mastering basic spins, and physically preparing you for inverting. If you have previous fitness experience, you can start with this class. If you find it challenging, we recommend starting with Pole Intro 101.
This is a transitional class for students who are ready to move to Pole Fit level 2.We work on fundamental moves that help you succeed at level 2 such as Inverts, Leg hangs, Brass monkey, Layback and Crucifix.
Can you get inverted? If so, you’re ready for our Pole Fit 2 class. Get ready to master inverted moves like Superman, Jade, Ballerina, Ayesha prep, and more, along with dynamic combos on both static and spinning poles.
Pole Dance Classes
Ready to elevate your pole journey to new heights? Our ExoTricks class is a thrilling exploration into the world of exotic pole dance tricks that will leave you feeling empowered, strong, and utterly captivated by your own capabilities.
This class is beginners friendly. Bring your heels and great mood!
This weekly intermediate exotic pole class builds upon the fundamentals, welcoming those ready to progress beyond basics. Movements covered focus on toe-box techniques, more challenging pole transitions, legwork, floorwork, and 1-minute exotic choreography. At least 3 Exotic Intro classes are required as prerequisites.
Our experienced instructor breaks down new building blocks while guiding students to combine them into smoothly linked exotic dance sequences. Proper form for positions, transitions, and flowing combinations will be further developed to expand grace and body awareness.
Platform heels are an integral part of exotic flow, building ankle strength/stability over time. Kneepads are required equipment to enable safe floor practice.
The class environment nurtures committed development for intermediate self-driven learners. Leave every session feeling increasingly uplifted by personal growth, confident to come back for more exotic discovery through supportive community.
Fast pace choreography and a lot of strength but impressive moves. We highly recommend attending this class if you already have experience in the Exotic Pole or you are ready to challenge yourself!
Find your fluidity and finesse in your flow. This class focuses on integrating floorwork and low flow pole. Heels are encouraged, but not necessary. Bring knee pads, socks, leggings, and layers!
Non-pole Dance Classes
If you want to dance like in Beyoncé music videos this class is for you. Class combines elements of dance with the art of wearing high-heeled shoes. You will learn choreographed routines that emphasize fluidity, expression, and balance while wearing heels. This class will help you to improve posture, strength, and a heightened sense of femininity and empowerment through movement.
Flexibility, Strength & Conditioning

Strength and mobility go hand in hand. Being strong in all the ranges of motion is extremely important as we demand our body to lift, twist and turn around this metal apparatus. In this class we’ll focus not only on building strength, but accessing that strength in lengthened and atypical positions.

This dynamic and invigorating session focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance to enhance your performance on the pole. Theme/Focus: Flow + Feel-Good Movement

This mini pole class focuses on drills, grips, climbs, and conditioning to build functional strength and confidence on the pole. No choreo—just power! Come back to your day stronger, sweatier, and more alive.
Theme/Focus: Confidence + Sass
Get your flirt on in this playful, beginner-friendly pole, chair or floor dance class. Expect body rolls, hair flips, and lots of giggles. No experience (or heels) needed—just a willingness to have fun and feel fabulous.
