Now Vita helps people to express themselves, stay fit and reach new heights through the art of movement as pole dance. Vita believes that people have ability to learn everything they want with proper training, everyone can become an amazing pole dancer. When she’s not in the studio, you can find Vita out exploring, hiking, and soaking up nature, or just curled up with a good book.

Anastasiia, instructor

Anastasiia is from Ukraine and has over 11 years of experience in pole sports and more than 4 years in exotic pole dancing. She has been teaching for 7 years. Throughout her journey, she has had the privilege of attending numerous masterclasses conducted by some of the world’s most renowned pole dancers. If you aspire to learn proper and unique tricks and combinations, she invites you to join her classes. From her perspective, safety is of paramount importance in pole dancing, and she will guide you through each step of the learning process.

Maria, manager & instructor

Maria started dancing back in 2001 and honestly just never stopped. Over the years she fell in love with Brazilian samba, modern dance, Latin social styles, West Coast swing – and eventually pole, which she’s been climbing since 2008.

She’s performed on many stages around North Carolina and 5 times danced at Carnival in Rio. For Maria, dance has always been about expression, rhythm, and that moment when your body and music finally agree.

When she’s not teaching or dancing, she’s usually creating. Maria is the person behind the Catwoman visuals – the girl on the flyers, the emails, the website, the social media. She loves building something beautiful from scratch and helping others see their own beauty a little more clearly along the way.

Rachel, instructor

Rachel’s pole journey started in Virginia with a class she took just for fun. That one class quickly turned into something more – she fell in love with the challenge, the creativity, and the sense of community that pole brings.

Over the years, Rachel has competed, taught, and explored different sides of pole dance. Life eventually pulled her in other directions, and she took a four-year break, but pole never really left her. After moving to Charlotte, she found her way back to the pole at Catwoman, reconnecting with the joy, strength, and expression that first drew her in.

Now, Rachel brings that experience and renewed passion into her classes, supporting students wherever they are in their own pole journey.

Clarissa, instructor

Clarissa started pole about four years ago when she was introduced by a coworker. As a student, she was quickly impressed with how her body was able to bend in ways she didn’t think was possible. As a former preschool teacher, she is well versed with introducing new concepts to her students and helping them navigate their goals.

Pole has given Clarissa many physical and mental benefits she hopes to pass onto her students.

Anastasia, instructor

Anastasia started her dancing journey with hip hop and after a while she decided to get out of her comfort zone and try high heels. Anastasia says that nowadays ladies are so strong and independent that sometimes we forget about our other side. It’s important to discover and explore your feminine energy!

If you want to dance like in Beyoncé music videos come to Anastasia’s High Heels class. She creates choreographed routines that emphasize fluidity, expression, and balance while wearing heels. Her routines include exercises to improve posture, increase strength, and highlight the sense of femininity and empowerment through movement.

Julie, instructor

Julie (stage name Vivid Aura) has been pole dancing for over 5 years. Originally from long island new york, her passion for dance spans her lifetime. She has competed a total of 3 times, and is looking to compete more this year. Her style incorporates fluid heels, explosive exotic kips & tricks, and overall refined movements. Julie loves a good photoshoot, fantasy books, her 3 cats, and the beach.

Showcases are also right up her alley, and she’s performed across many states in the US. She is so excited to have you in class!

Jennifer, instructor

Jennifer (or Mermaid Barbie Girl) brings lively, spicy, booty-powered energy to the pole with a soft heart and a strong sense of growth. Her signature move is the jade (and all its variations), and her classes balance fun, challenge, and encouragement in a way that makes you want to try just one more time.

Jennifer creates an environment where you can be yourself, push through challenges, and feel supported while you do it.

Off the pole, she unwinds by spending time with her dogs and dreaming about future European adventures. She believes deeply in turning obstacles into opportunities and reminds her students not to chase perfection – just show up, put in the effort, and let progress happen in your own way.
