Pole Fitness Classes
If you’re looking to embark on your pole journey, you’re in the right place. Pole Intro 101 lays the foundation for pole prowess providing the essential and beautiful basic moves like walking around the pole, footwork, hip swivels, leg waves, body rolls, etc. All these moves will gradually build your confidence, increase upper body strength, and prove that aerial pole is achievable for everyone.
This class focuses on teaching pole fundamentals, helping you get comfortable with climbing and mastering basic spins, and physically preparing you for inverting. If you have previous fitness experience, you can start with this class. If you find it challenging, we recommend starting with Pole Intro 101.
This is a transitional class for students who are ready to move to Pole Fit level 2.We work on fundamental moves that help you succeed at level 2 such as Inverts, Leg hangs, Brass monkey, Layback and Crucifix.
Can you get inverted? If so, you’re ready for our Pole Fit 2 class. Get ready to master inverted moves like Superman, Jade, Ballerina, Ayesha prep, and more, along with dynamic combos on both static and spinning poles.
Designed for students with a strong foundation in Pole Fit 2, this class is your pathway to skill advancement. We will learn different Ayesha grips, Handsprings, flexibility and strength moves (Bird of Paradise, Marion Amber, Pegasus, Deadlift prep, and more). Expect an exciting fusion of spinning and static pole combos. Don’t be scared to take this class even if you think that you are not ready for it yet. We always can adjust moves for you.
This class is for advanced students who have solid Pole Fit 2 & 3 moves plus all grips handspring (Cup, True, Twisted, Elbow, Reverse Elbow). We will learn Deadlifts, Regrips, Flips, Fonjis, and advanced combos on static and spinning poles.
Welcome to our POLE SPORT KIDS class, where young athletes aged 5 to 15 embark on a thrilling journey into pole sport! Led by experienced instructor Vita, kids will learn fundamental techniques, spins, and poses in a safe environment. Our goal is to inspire a love for pole sport and prepare them for future competitions. Pole Dance Classes
Ready to elevate your pole journey to new heights? Our ExoTricks class is a thrilling exploration into the world of exotic pole dance tricks that will leave you feeling empowered, strong, and utterly captivated by your own capabilities.
This class is beginners friendly. Bring your heels and great mood!
This weekly intermediate exotic pole class builds upon the fundamentals, welcoming those ready to progress beyond basics. Movements covered focus on toe-box techniques, more challenging pole transitions, legwork, floorwork, and 1-minute exotic choreography. At least 3 Exotic Intro classes are required as prerequisites.
Our experienced instructor breaks down new building blocks while guiding students to combine them into smoothly linked exotic dance sequences. Proper form for positions, transitions, and flowing combinations will be further developed to expand grace and body awareness.
Platform heels are an integral part of exotic flow, building ankle strength/stability over time. Kneepads are required equipment to enable safe floor practice.
The class environment nurtures committed development for intermediate self-driven learners. Leave every session feeling increasingly uplifted by personal growth, confident to come back for more exotic discovery through supportive community.
Fast pace choreography and a lot of strength but impressive moves. We highly recommend attending this class if you already have experience in the Exotic Pole or you are ready to challenge yourself!
Find your fluidity and finesse in your flow. This class focuses on integrating floorwork and low flow pole. Heels are encouraged, but not necessary. Bring knee pads, socks, leggings, and layers!
Flow Lab is your space to experiment, connect, and move without rules. Designed for Level 1–2 students, this guided freestyle class helps you explore transitions, discover your natural flow, and build confidence in linking moves.
You’ll receive prompts, musical cues, and mini drills — all leading to one goal: effortless movement that feels like you.
In this class, we will focus on a spin choreography to the same song every two weeks. This class is built to teach you new spin moves but also to help build stamina when doing aerial passes. This class is for level 2 and up students.
Ready to melt into your movement? In this class, we’ll explore slow, silky transitions on and around the pole—connecting the dots between moves you’ve already learned in a way that feels fluid, feminine, and free. We’ll play with floorwork, sensual expression, and beginner-to-intermediate-friendly combos that let your body speak.
Dress to impress! Our lights and décor will make you feel like you’re shining on stage. Socks are welcome for extra glide. Come to feel, not just to perform.
Flexibility, Strength & Conditioning

Master vertical control and explosive power!
Claw & Climb combines pole-specific conditioning with dynamic vertical training. Build strength, endurance, and control as you climb, hold, and flow with precision. This class channels your inner predator, sharpening both skill and instinctive movement. Climb with power, master precision.
This would be strictly strength and conditioning – all levels welcome. It could be modified depending on capabilities.
Step into Primal Dynamics, a high-energy movement space designed to build explosive strength, fluid control, and advanced body skill. This class blends pole work with dynamic training techniques to elevate your agility, coordination, and confidence. Every session challenges you to harness raw power while moving with precision and flow.
This class would focus on understanding your body and building up or executing explosive moves and/or strength based holds.

Lynx Line is a flexibility-driven class focused on active splits, leg extensions, and controlled mobility. You’ll learn how to translate supple range into strength — creating clean lines and seamless movement both on the floor and on the pole.
Each session refines your technique, balance, and body awareness, helping you turn flexibility into artistry. Expect to build elegant extensions and confident, pole-ready split shapes that command attention.
Non-pole Dance Classes
If you want to dance like in Beyoncé music videos this class is for you. Class combines elements of dance with the art of wearing high-heeled shoes. You will learn choreographed routines that emphasize fluidity, expression, and balance while wearing heels. This class will help you to improve posture, strength, and a heightened sense of femininity and empowerment through movement.
The Meow Midday Series

Whether you’re craving a stretch, a sweat, or a little sass, we’ve got you covered. Each class is just 30 minutes, so you can mix, match, and still have time for a snack.

Theme/Focus: Strength + Pole Technique
This mini pole class focuses on drills, grips, climbs, and conditioning to build functional strength and confidence on the pole. No choreo—just power! Come back to your day stronger, sweatier, and more alive.
Theme/Focus: Confidence + Sass
Get your flirt on in this playful, beginner-friendly pole, chair or floor dance class. Expect body rolls, hair flips, and lots of giggles. No experience (or heels) needed—just a willingness to have fun and feel fabulous.
