A 90 minutes workshop designed to help you understand how your body actually works on the pole. We’ll break down the physics of push and pull, and how mastering internal and external rotation of the shoulders and hips unlocks control, strength, and flow. This is where science meets sexy —you’ll leave with practical tools, sharper technique, and a deeper connection to your body. Whether you’re climbing, inverting, or traveling through transitions, this workshop is designed for you to start uniting the brain and body together.
Level 1 experience required.
Push vs. Pull Engagement: How to use opposing forces to stabilize, lift, and control momentum.
Internal vs. External Rotation: Understand how shoulder and hip rotation affects grip, flow, and injury prevention.
Cognitive awareness for Pole: Learn how to feel alignment and adjust technique from the inside out.
Application to Pole Moves: We’ll apply concepts directly to spins, climbs, inversions, and transitions.
